We are now looking for a Backend Developer with a strong interest in Salesforce development to join our growing team. 

What you’ll do at NoA Ignite 

As a Backend Developer, you will work hands-on with the Salesforce platform, building and extending business-critical solutions for some of the Nordic region’s most exciting companies. 

You will take an active role in developing scalable and secure backend functionality within Salesforce, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions. 

Your work will include: 

• Developing backend functionality using Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce best practices 

• Building custom logic, integrations, and automation using: 

• Triggers 

• Flows 

• Lightning Components (LWC) 

• Designing and implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external services 

• Supporting system architecture, optimization, and governance of Salesforce implementations 

• Collaborating closely with business consultants, solution architects, and developers in agile delivery teams 

• Contributing to long-term platform development, maintainability, and performance 

• The role also includes owning client dialogues and proactively driving clients forward by identifying needs, proposing solutions, and creating clear value. 
  

Your focus will be on new development and innovation, rather than pure maintenance.

Who you are 

We believe you have: 

• A post-secondary degree in software engineering, programming, or IT 

or at least one year of relevant development experience 

• Experience in object-oriented programming such as: 

Java, C#, Python, PHP 

It’s a strong advantage if you also have: 

• Exposure to Salesforce development tools or concepts 

• Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, or Lightning Web Components 

• Experience working with: 

• APIs and integrations 

• SQL or relational data modeling 

• Git and modern development workflows 

• Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
