We are now looking for an Enterprise Client Director to play a key role in our continued growth journey.
This is a role for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, building executive relationships, and developing partnerships that create long-term value. You will work closely with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries and help them translate business challenges into opportunities through technology, data, AI, and customer experience.
Your Mission
As Enterprise Client Director, you will be a key part of our commercial organization, responsible for driving new business and strengthening our market position.
You will:
Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities
Build long-term relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers
Own the entire sales cycle, from first conversation to signed agreement
Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation, customer experience, AI, data, and technology
Collaborate closely with our strategy, design, and technology experts to create compelling solutions
Contribute to the development of NoA Ignite's market positioning and commercial offerings
Play an important role in our continued growth across Sweden and the Nordics
Who You Are
You are an experienced business developer and relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset. You enjoy creating opportunities from scratch, navigating complex organizations, and building trust with senior stakeholders.
We believe you have:
Experience in enterprise sales within consulting, technology, or digital transformation
A proven track record of winning and closing large, complex deals
A background from a consultancy, digital agency, technology consultancy, or similar business
Experience leading commercial teams, senior business professionals, or major business initiatives
Experience from a scale-up environment, entrepreneurial business, or your own company
Experience developing market positioning, commercial offerings, or go-to-market strategies
The ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
As a person, you are entrepreneurial, self-driven, and curious. You combine strategic thinking with a strong execution mindset and are motivated by creating growth.
