We’re looking for a Head of Advisory to lead and shape our strategic delivery capability. This role is ideal for a collaborative and commercially minded leader—someone who can elevate how we guide clients, drive product delivery, and grow our advisory offering in line with market and business needs.

About the Role

As Head of Advisory, you will play a central role in building and evolving NoA Ignite’s advisory function. You’ll lead a team that includes producers and delivery specialists today, and work closely with leadership across countries to define what our future advisory services should look like.

Your work will focus on strengthening our delivery leadership and ways of working, while also co-developing new services in areas such as product analytics, product growth, digital transformation, and strategic technology advisory. These services will help clients maximize the value of their digital products and platforms - whether custom-built solutions, mobile apps, e-commerce ecosystems, content platforms, or experience-led websites.

You’ll also collaborate with the commercial team to shape proposals and pitch work, ensuring strategic advisory is clearly represented in how we engage and grow our client relationships.

As part of our extended management team, you’ll help steer NoA Ignite’s overall direction and offering, contributing to broader leadership decisions and cross-capability collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Advisory Development:

• Set the strategic vision for advisory as a capability and service offering
• Strengthen our approach to product delivery and team leadership across project types
• Define new advisory services that address client needs in growth, retention, analytics, and transformation
• Represent advisory in key client engagements and leadership forums

Team & Capability Growth:

• Mentor and develop producers, delivery leads, and future advisory specialists
• Collaborate with HR and managers to hire and retain top advisory talent
• Build a feedback-driven, inclusive team culture focused on learning and value creation
• Identify gaps and lead the development of new skills and roles

Client Engagement & Strategic Support:

• Partner with clients to understand business needs, product challenges, and growth goals
• Provide strategic input and structure to client engagements
• Ensure advisory work is aligned with measurable impact and user value

Commercial Contribution & Sales Support:

• Co-create proposals and pitch strategies with commercial, design, and tech teams
• Help shape the role of advisory in client offerings and business planning
• Support estimation and scope development

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Heads of Design, Technology, and Client Services for integrated delivery
• Work across countries to align advisory development with business and market goals
• Foster collaboration between disciplines to enhance team performance and client outcomes

Who You Are

• A senior leader with 8–10+ years of experience in digital product delivery, consulting, or strategy
• Experienced in working with diverse client portfolios in an agency or consultancy environment
• A strong communicator with the ability to lead through influence and build stakeholder alignment
• Proven ability to scale teams and build new service offerings with commercial impact
• Skilled in delivery methodologies, product development frameworks, and strategic engagement
• Comfortable working across disciplines and building structure in growing teams

Bonus If You Also Have

• Experience with distributed or cross-country teams
• Background in product analytics, innovation, business design, or digital transformation
• Familiarity with Nordic market dynamics and client challenges
