About the role

As a Lead iOS Developer, you’ll take a key role in designing, building, and evolving large-scale iOS applications that solve real business challenges.

We’re looking for someone who not only leads technically but also inspires others. If you have experience mentoring developers and are interested in exploring managerial responsibility within NoA Ignite, this could be the perfect fit.

Experience working on complex or regulated products—such as within finance, banking, or security—is highly valued and will help you navigate the sophisticated digital ecosystems our clients operate in.

You’ll:

• Lead technical direction, architecture, and best practices for iOS development

• Guide senior and junior engineers, ensuring quality and consistency across deliveries

• Translate complex business requirements into elegant, maintainable code

• Work hands-on with Swift and modern iOS frameworks throughout the full lifecycle — from architecture to testing and deployment

• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers to build reliable, high-performing solutions

You’ll also participate in governance and steering forums, communicating progress, technical challenges, and solution proposals clearly and confidently — bridging the gap between engineering and business stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking an experienced iOS engineer who enjoys leading teams, mentoring others, and shaping both technology and collaboration.

You bring:

• 10+ years of experience in iOS development, with deep experience in Swift and modern frameworks

• Broad knowledge across the software engineering lifecycle — requirements, architecture, development, testing, integration, and deployment

• A track record of guiding teams, setting direction, and ensuring technical excellence

• Clear communication skills with the ability to represent technical work in business contexts

• Experience with Git, agile methodologies, and collaborative product development
