As part of The North Alliance's growth strategy, we are now looking for a commercially driven Head of Financial Services Lead to accelerate our growth within the Financial Services sector across the Nordics.

This is a highly strategic and commercial leadership role. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint, winning new business, strengthening executive-level relationships, and positioning NoA Ignite as a trusted transformation partner for banks, insurance companies, wealth managers, fintechs, and other financial institutions.

NoA Ignite already works with leading organizations across the Nordics, helping them navigate complex digital transformation initiatives. As the technology and experience consultancy within NoA, we bring together strategy, design, data, AI, and engineering to create measurable business impact.

We are now looking for a leader who can build on this foundation and take our Financial Services vertical to the next level.

Your Mission

Your primary mission is simple:

Drive growth. Build relationships. Win business.

You will own the commercial agenda for the Financial Services sector and play a key role in shaping how NoA Ignite grows within one of our most strategically important industries.

You will:

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Financial Services vertical across the Nordics.

• Identify, build, and convert new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.

• Build strong relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

• Lead complex sales processes from initial dialogue through proposal, negotiation, and signed agreement.

• Collaborate closely with specialists across strategy, technology, design, AI, and data to create compelling client solutions.

• Represent NoA Ignite externally and help establish our position as a leading transformation partner within Financial Services.

• Drive industry thought leadership around AI, customer experience, digital transformation, and future financial services ecosystems.

Who You Are

You are first and foremost a commercial leader with a strong network and deep understanding of the Financial Services landscape.

You understand the challenges facing today's financial institutions and know how to connect business priorities with technology-enabled solutions.

Most likely, you have built your career in consulting, technology, digital transformation, financial services, or a combination of these areas.

You bring:

• A strong network within banking, insurance, fintech, wealth management, or related sectors.

• A proven track record of winning and growing strategic client relationships.

• Experience leading complex enterprise sales and transformation discussions.

• Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify opportunities before others see them.

• Credibility at executive and board level.

• A passion for helping organizations navigate change and unlock growth through technology.
