We are now looking for a Junior Backend Developer who is curious about Salesforce and excited to grow within the platform. 

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn from experienced colleagues and work with real client projects from day one. 

What you’ll do at NoA Ignite 

As a Junior Backend Developer, you will join our Salesforce development team and help build solutions that support our clients’ business processes and digital transformation. 

You don’t need to know everything from the start — we will support you through onboarding, mentorship, and continuous learning. 

You will gradually work with things like: 

• Developing backend functionality on the Salesforce platform using Apex and SOQL 

• Supporting automation and business logic through tools such as: 

• Flows 

• Triggers 

• Learning how integrations work through REST APIs and external systems 

• Collaborating with developers, consultants, and solution architects in project teams 

• Contributing to scalable and secure solutions while developing your technical skills 

Your focus will be on learning and building — not just maintaining existing systems.

Who you are 

We believe you are someone who: 

• Has a degree in software engineering, programming, IT or similar 
  (or is close to graduating) 

• Are fluent in Swedish and English

• Has some experience in programming — from work, internships, or personal projects 

• Is familiar with object-oriented languages such as: 
  Java, C#, Python, or PHP 

It’s a bonus (but not required) if you have: 

• Heard of Salesforce or are curious about the platform 

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or web development 

• Experience with APIs, Git, or relational databases 

Most importantly, you are: 

• Curious and eager to learn 

• Structured and motivated by solving problems 

• A team player who enjoys collaboration and sharing knowledge
