We are now looking for someone to lead our work within employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding. It will be hard work in a fast-paced environment and lots of fun. A challenge for the brave!

NoA Ignite is on a growth journey where both the number of projects and our team is growing rapidly. Today we are a 60-people team but looking to add more talented colleagues fast. And to get this done in a good way – we need to add a dedicated Talent Partner to the team. Our ambition is to have an outstanding candidate & employee journey, and that every point of contact with us, from the first outreach to signing and onboarding should be a good experience.

The role is based at our agency, at Tulegatan 13 in Stockholm where we sit together with all NoA agencies in Stockholm (+300 people).

What You’ll Do

To give you an overview of the role, here are some tasks and responsibilities, these will include, but not be limited to:

• Be responsible for the strategy and implementation of NoA Ignites employer branding initiatives, including how we work with schools, fairs, events, etc. Plan and participate in these events and partnerships.
• Manage NoA Ignite’s recruitment process from start to finish for all types of roles (designers, project managers, developers) It includes everything from drafting requirement profiles, advertising, sourcing, first selection, testing, communication, interviews, pre-boarding, etc.
• Proactively search and find talent for both instant and potential future hires.
• Responsible for the onboarding of new joiners and follow-up with the team.
• Work closely with the NoA Ignite Leadership Team as well as the NoA Talent Team.

For this role, we are looking for the person with the perfect fit in both ambition and personality. Passion, creativity, and proactiveness are all wrapped up in one person. We think that you are interested in our industry, as well as in design, tech, and commerce. This matters more to us than if you have worked with recruitment before. You need to GET us, and love being part of our team.

You are creative and innovative in your approach to problem-solving and you can convert your thoughts and futuristic thinking into text and initiatives for future employees and clients. For this role, you need to be a very strong communicator, in English as well as Swedish.

It’s a big advantage if you have previous experience working in an agency and a digital/tech environment.

Agency life is hectic, dynamic, and fun – so you need to be very organized and structured to deliver high-value results despite this. We are all experts in our different disciplines, and so are you. You need to be able to focus and get your point of view across, even if no one seems to listen ;)
