Content Marketer

NoA Ignite is on a transformational journey, and we’re looking for someone who wants to shape how we show up in the world. We work at the intersection of design, strategy and tech — building complex digital experiences for ambitious clients. We’re 450 people across Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Poland, and we’re building a shared brand and voice in Northern Europe. That’s why we’re looking for someone who can spot the stories worth telling — and get them out there.
You’re not a typical marketer. You can spot generic content from a mile away, and you’re here to raise the bar. You’re someone who gets things like how great product design drives real results, when a custom component library is worth building or why a team might bet on Flutter to move fast. And you know how to turn all that into content that actually resonates.
What you’ll actually do:
- Build and execute content around key perspectives that gets attention and builds trust. You’ll proactively drive ideas, initiate stories, and own the execution, from first spark to published piece (think: writing op-eds, ideas for talks, pitching colleagues to podcasts, etc.)
- Craft case studies that highlight the real value of our work across design, strategy and tech.
- Write and shape how we describe our services — from website content to one-pagers and value summaries for clients.
- Take the lead on breakfast seminars, campaigns and initiatives that put us in the right rooms.
- Help position NoA Ignite as a go-to partner for digital transformation and experience design in Europe.

Desired background
We know people come into roles like this from many different paths. Maybe you’ve been a consultant, a product owner, a cx-designer or a tech-savvy marketer. Maybe you’ve worked in sales or marketing — but what’s stayed with you is a curiosity for how things really work, not just how they’re presented. If you recognise yourself in that mindset, we’d love to hear from you — no matter what your exact title has been.
Details:
- The content you produce will be in English. We as a marketing team will support localization or translation when needed, but clarity in English is the base.
- You’ll be based in Stockholm at the NoA House on Tulegatan 13, where 400+ colleagues from across NoA Sweden work side by side. While your day-to-day is rooted in Stockholm, your work will focus on the Nordic market, with content and concepts developed for five countries. Some travel can be expected.
- You don’t need to be a SoMe distribution or grammar specialist — you’ll be working in a team. We care most about your ability to craft strong ideas.
- You’ll report directly to our Group CMO, who is based in Oslo, and be a part of the cross-country marketing team. You’ll also have a dotted line to Sweden’s commercial director, and work closely with leadership, sales and delivery teams.
- Start date: We’d love to get started quickly, but the right fit matters more than the start date.
