At NoA Ignite, you'll step into the role of Producer—driving our product development forward together with talented tech and design teams. You’ll help shape ideas, plan the work, and make sure we deliver great results on time and within budget. This role is all about finding the right balance between client goals, user needs, and smart execution. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee product development projects from inception to completion
• Forge strong relationships with clients, translating their visions into actionable plans
• Work hand in hand with tech and design leaders to plan and estimate project deliverables
• Work closely with international clients, translating their business needs into actionable plans
• Ensure projects align with agile principles, promoting flexibility, continuous improvement, and high-quality deliverables
• Draw from your product ownership background to drive the project's trajectory and make pivotal decisions
• Promote cross-functional collaboration, fostering a culture of innovation and tech-forward solutions
• Take charge in client projects, emphasizing quality and functionality at every phase

Qualifications

• Ideally a background within project-, product management or similar
• Comfortable with the agile processes and ceremonies to be able to effectively manage teams across ideation, design and development
• Strong communication skills and able to translate business needs to tech and design (UX/UI) requirements and vice versa
• Working with clients from the sales cycle (pitching / estimating / selling), to the launch and SLA phase
• Excellent understanding of spreadsheets (Excel / Gsheets) for budgeting and planning
• Comprehensive understanding of mobile app and web development
• A sharp analytical approach complemented by top-tier problem-solving skills
